Leadership team

David T. Savarese

Serves as the Chief Executive Officer, involved in business since 1998. He was involved with the initial founding of Com-Guard.com, Inc. and worked there as the Director of OEM Sales for 5 years. In 2003 he was a Co-Founder of Interactive Distributors, a Company involved in the Fashion Industry and was its President and Vice President of Sales. In 2010 he joined Sullivan Solar Power, Inc. first as a Sales Representative and the Director of Sales, successfully helping grow the company from 15 to 50 million and recently in January of 2018 joined the Company as Its President and Director.

Matt Jaeger

Serves as the Chief Technical Officer for the Company.

Attended Virginia Tech for mechanical engineering and became associated with many of the tools related to computers and the internet, and has been major contributor and influencer in the Charlottesville business community. Mr Jaeger realized early on the contributions of the Interent and the importance to reach consumers through the use of search engines techniques

Matthew Jaeger for the last eight years has spent numerous hours on researching search engine results patterns and studying the impact of video on the Internet, specifically the results in ranking given by the various search engines.

Mr. Jaeger has demonstrated through hard work, dedication and commitment to search engine ranking results that he has created a sustainable product that can withstand the test of time.

Gerry B. Berg

Serves as the Chief Financial Officer and has over 30 years of senior management experience working with private and public companies. Mr. Berg has served a number of public companies as their Chief Executive Officer, President, Chief Financial Officer or as a financial consultant. He has also served on the Board of Directors for a number of public companies. Mr. Berg began his career as a Certified Public Accountant with the firm of Deloitte & Touche (Deloitte). Mr. Berg holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Walsh College where he graduated Cum Laude.

Dr. Edward W. Savarese

Serves as the executive Vice President for Business Development and has been an Entrepreneur, Executive and Educator and is the founder of ImageTech Corporation and its Chief Executive Officer. He was also the founder of Com-Guard.com, Inc., in 1998 one of the first companies to recognize the importance of Computer Security and has been a Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors since its inception. Dr. Savarese was also the founder of a Nasdaq Public Company (ITEC) and held the positions of Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Imaging Technologies Corporation (formerly Personal Computer Products, Inc.) Dr. Savarese holds a Doctorate degree from Columbia University, Teacher’s College, in the Department of Communication, Computing and Technology in Education. Dr. Savarese also holds a Master of Science in Administration and Management from Pace University and a Master of Science Degree in Education from the State University at New Paltz, New York State.

Stanley G. Cobbold

Serves as the Director of International Licensing and International Operations.Successful investor, entrepreneur, advisor, and business consultant, with over 35 years of experience in assisting businesses and capital markets. Helped passionate entrepreneurs build great companies. Specialising in all aspects of Private and Public companies, Franchising, Licensing Technology and Intellectual Properties. Decisive, adaptable and proven to deliver results, a passionate communicator with an ability to relate to people and create trust and loyalty.

Hugh Kelso

Graduated from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law on December 1991. With over 24 years of legal experience including corporate governance, securities and transactional law, Mr. Kelso has provided legal advice to both for profit and non-profit corporations and entities, including formation and governance, as well as providing advice and resources on topics such as governance issues, impact of amendments to the state laws, and other legal issues in respect to compliance with company and board fiduciary duties.

Brian Levine

Graduate of Michigan University in the Computer Science program and has over 20 years of software architecture and development with startups and has expertise developing SMS, voice, chat bot, OTT communications experiences and has 7 years working at Twilio, Inc. helping developers succeed in building communications applications.
